Information for users – Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. This right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made on the website www.mauro-lucini.it (hereinafter “Site”).
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an explicit statement sent by e-mail or other means of written communication. You can use the withdrawal form available on the Site, although it is not mandatory.
Return of products
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user is required to return the received products within 14 days from the date he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products unless the reason for return is due to our error or product defect.
Conditions of returned products
Returned products must be in original, unused condition and complete with all original accessories and labels. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the returned products before making a refund.
Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid by you, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional charges resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard offer), within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products or the date you provide proof of shipment of the products, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Customized or custom-made products;
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery;
- Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- Sealed audio or video products or sealed software if opened after delivery.
